Assessment
There are thousands of psychometric tests available today in the market, so
how do you identify which tests will work best for you? This is a question that is at the forefront of most peoples minds when initially deciding to go down the route of psychometric profiling.
So why should you consider the Censeo tests? The Censeo tests have been designed from the outset for use on a computer. Many of the "computerised tests" available on the market today have been initially designed for use with "pencil and paper methods" , these tests have been simply scanned / reformatted to look attractive on a computer screen. Such tests do not measure how people are answering the questions, in terms of hesitancy which may indicate that the person is second guessing that the outcome of the question should be - hence driving higher levels of social desirability.
These so-called computer based tests are also using "Norms" (averages of peoples predictive behaviour) based on the early 20th Century when the paper based tests were originally designed. As most people will accept now, peoples attitudes, motivations and work ethics have changed considerably in the past 70 years. The norms used in the Censeo tests are based on research conducted and validated over the last 20 years, in 5 continents, and currently available in English, French, German and Dutch. These norms have been validated into many sub-groups which take into consideration age, gender and ethnic origin hence are ideally placed to offer multi-national organisations a standard assessment and approach to profiling their employees abilities and potential for development.
The Censeo tests can offer an insight into what makes your people tick, and how to best manage them for maximum impact and return on your training investments. For a Free trial of the tests

The Censeo tests will assess not only personality and IQ levels, but also look at "motivational drivers" which are key to successful management, and also determine if the person works better in a tight routine or requires a flexible working regime. Additionally, the tests may assess for when the person operates best, i.e. are they a "day or night" person, as one of our case studies illustrates, this one factor alone can make a huge difference in reducing staff turnover in call centres.
